The Monument Community Health Fair will provide FREE health education, screenings, referrals, and resource information to increase awareness in the community about health challenges. Some of the FREE Health Screenings include dental care, blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol, and prostate cancer PSA’S. This U9-U10 tournament for boys and girls teams includes lots of fun along with good soccer action.
